Tournament Champions - Three Times Over

An unbelievable thing is happening with our GT Force Team - they are acting like champions!

In April, this team - based out of Grand Terrace - reorganized and moved to their appropriate age group causing Victories and Championships to occur at an alarming rate.

Their first taste of a championship came during Spring Cup 2007.  That was good, but you can never have enough.  Then on the weekend of July 27th, they won the Elsinore Summer Classic.  That was great too, but they weren't finished.  On August 12, GT Force won the 2007 CFC Cup in Central Orange County.

Since reorganizing, GT Force has a combined record of 11-0-4 outscoring their opponents 49 to 8.  Of their 11 victories, 7 have been shutouts.

From the entire Corinthians family, Congratulations go out to the GT Force coaching staff of Gabe Mendoza and Patty Vargas.  JOB WELL DONE.  And to all the players that made it happen:  Leann Alban, Monique Arias, Alysa Avila, Ashley Dean, Rachel Fernandez, Simone Fuentes, Amanda Juan, Renee Ledesma, Mariel Mendoza, Kirsten Montgomery, Citlali Perez, Elsie Romero, Naomi Soto, and Alexis Romero - congratulations - your hard work and sportsmanship is paying off.
